FAST ORDER FULFILLMENT
We are proud to serve you with fast and friendly service. We ship most orders within 1-2 business days, and personally inspect each piece of pearl jewelry prior to shipment. If a piece requires more than two business days to prepare, the processing time will be listed on the product details page under the "In Stock" notice. The estimated ship date for your order will be specified on order review page during checkout. If for any reason we anticipate a delay in your shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible. We usually ship all order items together, but in some cases we may ship items separately.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES
HinsonGayle LLC only ships to valid mailing addresses in the United States and most countries around the world. We can also ship to U.S.-based PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. When placing your order, please ensure that your shipping and billing addresses are correct so that we can fulfill your order in a timely manner.
GIFT SHIPMENTS
If your purchase is a gift that you plan to present in person, we recommend that you use a shipping address other than that of the recipient. For your convenience, we will NOT include a receipt with your shipment, but you can print one by logging in to the My Account page.
SHIPPING CARRIERS AND TRACKING
All orders placed on HGpearls.com are exclusively shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). We ship via USPS and UPS because of their service quality and the convenience they provide for our customers to easily track their shipments. Once we ship your order, we will send you an e-mail notification with your shipment tracking number. HGpearls.com offers the following two convenient ways to track the status of your shipment:
Online Tracking: Login to your account by clicking the Order Status link at the top of any page on HGpearls.com. Login to your account and click on the "Track Package" button next to the order you want to track.
Email Tracking: Your tracking number will be included in the shipment notification e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. If your email program supports the technology, you will be able to track your shipment by directly clicking on the tracking number in this email. If not, you may track your shipment by copying and pasting your tracking number into the tracking box at USPS.com or UPS.com.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is fully responsible any and all such charges that are imposed; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, but they can be significant. You are responsible for contacting your local government agency for specific rates. We are required to complete a customs declaration with the total value of the shipment (product costs plus shipping charges). We cannot legally declare an item as a gift. Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
For international returns, in the event that we incur a duty, tax or other fee upon receipt of the return, this fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If delivery of your order is refused, any non-paid duties, taxes and other fees incurred will be deducted from your refund; we are charged for these items when a package is refused by a customer and returned to us.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
All shipments are insured. If a package is damaged, lost or stolen we receive the insurance payout and will contact you to fulfill your order.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package is not received, please notify us within two business days of the date that your tracking number states the package was delivered. Otherwise, it is assumed the package was delivered and received as per the tracking information.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We pack all pearl jewelry securely in shipping boxes and we have yet to have an item be damaged during shipment. However, please contact us immediately or within 48 hours after receiving your shipment if any items are damaged. Also, please leave the damaged jewelry in the orginal shipping container as it will be required for a damage inspection by the shipper. The insurance claim process for damaged packages takes 3-6 weeks to reach resolution. We will work with you to send a replacement order.
