Easy "No Hassle" Returns
To request a return and ensure a prompt refund, please e-mail us at service@HGpearls.com with the subject line "Return Request" and we'll reply with instructions and our Returns Department address for you to mail your return to. In the e-mail body, please tell us what item you are returning. Since we have a no hassle return policy, you do not have to tell us why you are returning the pearls unless you want to.
Returns will be honored when the following four conditions are met:
1. E-mail your "Return Request" to us per the instructions above.
2. The pearls and gift packaging must be received in new condition. Please secure the jewelry in its packaging and pad it well to prevent damage during transit.
3. Your return is received by us within 30 days of your order's shipment receipt date.
4. Your return is shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx with "delivery signature required" to confirm that your return is received by us. (We highly recommend that you insure your return package for the full value of its contents, as we are not liable for damaged, delayed or lost returns.)
CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE
Clearance items are offered at prices so low that we cannot afford to cover the additional overhead costs associated with processing returns. All pearl jewelry sold at HGpearls.com is brand new, and that includes clearance items. Clearance items are offered at exceptionally low prices to make room for new designs, but we guarantee you will get an awesome deal on a beautiful piece of pearl jewelry.
We will refund the full price you paid for the jewelry and any applicable sales tax on the item less shipping charges (see below) and any promotional discount you received on your purchase. All items must be received in brand new condition; if jewelry boxes or pouches are damaged, dented or stained, their cost will be deducted from your refund (HG's elegant gift boxes cost up to $10 per box, so please don't damage them). We do not charge a restocking fee for jewelry bought at HGpearls.com.
Once we receive your return package and confirm that the above-mentioned return conditions are satisfied, we will promptly process your refund (usually within 1-5 business days) and notify you by email when completed. Refunds will be applied to the payment method used for your order. Refunds to your credit card or debit card will be listed on your card statement as "HGpearls.com."
NOTE: You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. We regret that we cannot refund the price you paid for your order's original shipping and/or insurance charges and any applicable sales tax on the shipping and/or insurance charges. A shipping fee will be charged for each return if your order was shipped via a "Free Shipping" offer; we will deduct this fee amount from your refund. This fee is the actual postage amount we paid to ship your order (standard shipping ranges from $5.00-$12.00 and expedited shipping is usually $25.00 or more).
