2) To ensure your order qualifies for this offer, please send us an email at service@HGpearls.com after you place your order with the email subject as “20% Rebate + Your Order Number.” This will allow us to know that your order qualifies for the offer. If you do not send this email, you will not qualify for this offer.

3) The rebate will be applied as a credit to your order after HGpearls.com's checkout and order confirmation is complete. The rebate will be issued as a rebate refund to your order and original payment method (such as credit or debit card) AFTER your order is shipped. The rebate refund will appear within 10 days AFTER your order’s ship date, as we must manually apply this rebate to your order and payment method as a refund AFTER your order is completed and shipped.

4) The 20% rebate refund will apply to the product purchase price only, and will not apply towards shipping, gift wrap, sales tax or other extra charge amounts that may apply to your order. We will manually issue your 20% rebate refund in the amount of $39.99 ($199.95 x 20% = $39.99). This $39.99 will be issued as a refund to your original order's payment method within 15 days after your order is shipped.

5) This rebate offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promotion codes except our MAILFAST promo code for free 2-Day Shipping . The 20% rebate will be calculated off of your total product purchase amount. If you accidently apply another promotion code other than MAILFAST, such as the PEARLS10 code for 10% off, your 20% rebate refund will be reduced by the value of any other discount offer or promotion code that was applied at checkout. In other words, the total discount will not exceed 20% of the total product purchase price BEFORE any such other discounts or promotion codes are applied. For example, if you bought a necklace for $199.95 you will qualify for a $39.99 rebate. If at checkout you accidently applied another promotion code, such as PEARLS10 for 10% off (given as $19.99 off at checkout), then we will reduce your rebate refund accordingly and only issue a rebate refund in the amount of $20.00.
