Katarina is composed of luminous chocolate brown pearls and polished garnet crystal chips. Her intricately handwoven design is expert at drawing eyes and compliments. Her radiant mix of shimmering pearls and deep red garnet crystals make this piece perfect for both formal and casual ocassions. She is finished with a contrasting faceted bead toggle. Wear her freely flowing or as a torsade twist to create two totally independent looks. Garnet crystals have naturally occuring color striations running through them. Gemstones may have been treated to improve their appearance or durability.

I can't say enough good things about this brand/product. I was immediately impressed upon opening the shipping box and finding the necklace beautifully boxed in a tasteful blue gift box filled with white tissue paper and the necklace itself in a blue velvet pouch which was also delicately wrapped in white paper. The necklace itself is stunning. Very 'chunky' and stylish without sacrificing the element of class. I will DEFINITELY buy from this designer again!

I consider Katarina to be a "dainty" necklace and very feminine, as the previous reviewer mentioned. The description of this necklace that "The shimmering pearls and dark red crystals appear to float along the beautifully handwoven thread" is accurate -- I couldn't say it any better. The necklace was more delicate that I thought it would be from the picture, but I am delighted with it!

This is my very first purchase of chocolate pearls and I am very pleasantly surprised. This necklace is delicate, feminine and very unique, and the overall look is very flattering. I am very pleased with this purchase.

This necklace is a nice length and the five strands hang nicely/are well spaced.

But, the colors of the very small beads/pearls don't really pop from the string on which they're strung.

I like the necklace and would buy it again... for about $100 less...
