Great pearl earrings! Nov 18, 2011

I purchased these earrings as a birthday gift for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved them. The presentation is most impressive, the earrings come in a jewelry box with is placed inside another box that is wrapped in tissue paper. All of the wrapping materials are very high quality. As for the earrings, the pearls themselves are flawless and lustrous. The backings and posts are very solid and well made. I would definitely recommend these to anyone.

This was my first purchase from HinsonGayle and I was VERY VERY pleased. The pearls were a stunning beauty. The presentation was awesome. There was so much anticipation in unwrapping the packaging.(My Fine Pearls came in a chic white box;inclosed within two other HinsonGayle logoed boxes).
As if that were not enough, there was a HANDWRITTEN note from the founder! Thats what I call customer service!
These are perfect gifts for that special person or a treat to yourself! Indulge; we deserve it!!

I purchased a pair of large pearl earrings from HinsonGayle. I had a hard time with one of the earrings because I never felt as if the back was secure, I was constantly afraid of losing the earring out of my ear. I contacted HinsonGayle and received prompt, polite correspondence regarding replacing the earrings with a pair that worked better. Within 2 weeks, I had a new pair - with very secure backs. I was thrilled!!
I will also note that I asked, since I was replacing the earrings anyway, if I might swap for a slightly smaller pearl because my original set was a little to large for me. I mentioned no price change was necessary - I just wanted a pair that would stay in my ear... and perhaps slightly smaller. HinsonGayle refunded me the difference in price without any prompting.
My earrings are BEAUTIFUL and given the customer service that I received, I will gladly come back and purchase additional items from the company. I would also recommend the product and company to others without question.

When i recieved these pearls for my wifes birthday she was absoultly stunned to see them she loved them they were professionaly wrapped and with great presentation came on time and very fast i recommend them to anyone looking for a great gift!

I purchased these for myself for Christmas! They are of the highest quality, are value priced, and are very well made. They go well with the opera length strand sold from the same vendor. This vendor has the best customer service ever and is prompt with shipping and returns in case things don't work. Highly recommend this piece and this vendor.
